Staff were fantastic & spoke very good English - happy to help with anything. The hotel was spotless, modern & in a perfect location; 3km to Vesuvius & 20 mins to Pompeii. Rooms were good size as was the en-suite with large shower. Breakfast room was lovely. Would def stay again.

Driving through the town towards the hotel, we wondered if we were heading to the right place as it's not a nice area. Streets are dirty etc. Don't let it put you off as the hotel is the opposite! No restaurant in the hotel but Fabbio on reception ordered pizza in for us & recommended a good place to eat 5 mins from the hotel.

I recently stayed in a hotel in a beautiful area dominated by a volcano in a park. the location was much better than other hotels closer to the airport. the residential neighborhood is tough to drive to, but it was worth it. the room was clean, well-decorated, and comfortable. the bathroom was spotless and had all the amenities one would need. the breakfast buffet was continental, with cheese, meat, and pastries. the hotel has a large pool that is seasonal and can be booked on a daily basis.

The staff seemed disinterested in their work at times.

The hotel was very clean, modern, comfortable, with pleasant surroundings and all facilities provided. The staff were very accommodating and multi-lingual. The hotel is situated on the slopes of Mt Vesuvius and whilst this is a picturesque and quiet location a car is required to access the town and surroundings easily. We would definitely consider using this hotel again.

The WiFi required a new password from reception every 5 hours which proved to be inconvenient. The hotel did not have a lift which required luggage to be carried upstairs.

The staff was very welcoming and helpful. We received good driving directions and restaurant recommendations from the staff. This was helpful since the location is a little remote from the city.

The hotel's attention to detail and service was truly impressive. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. They were incredibly helpful and accommodating, providing extra pillows and snacks during the quiet afternoon hours. The reception desk staff were particularly friendly and always willing to assist with any inquiries or requests.

All aspects of our stay at this hotel were satisfactory.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a charming hotel on the beautiful Vesuvio hill. The rooms were spacious and clean, with modern decor and comfortable beds. The hotel staff were extremely kind and helpful, making sure all our needs were met. The location was perfect, offering stunning views of Naples bay. Additionally, the breakfast provided was of great quality, especially the refreshing still water.

Spacious room, perfect equipment, level of services corresponds to 4 stars. When we were robbed, manager of the hotel provided us an extraordinary support. He lended us his computer to manage all necessary stuffs by Internet, he accompanied us to police station, spent there several hours, translated to and from Italian and provided us necessary cash to allow us to go to Rome next day. Simply excellent!!!
